How to Steam Taro Boy
Grandma had a taro patch.
It’s harvest time! Dig it!
The fruits of hard work.
Wash taro boy. Fill a pressure cooker with water, put steamer rack and taro.
Twenty minutes on and 20 minutes off.
Chopped chillies, coriander and shallots
Pour hot oil over the top, add rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste.
Peel the taro.
