How to Make Squid with Soy Sauce (Sea Bunny)
Clean the squid and control the water, as it is a very small mini squid, just clean it, no need to remove the internal organs.
Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the miso (add water and ginger and green onions before mixing), the miso in the video is a little thin. The amount of water used in the sauce is reduced because there will be some water released from the squid itself. Also, the consistency of the miso determines the amount of water used.
Then continue to pour in the baby squid and mix well.
