How to Make Marinated Pork Rice
Soak the mushrooms and dice them, dice the pork (I cut it too big this time), chop the onion, and shell the eggs once they’re cooked.
Put a little oil in a pan, add the onions and pop them in.
Sauté the onions until the meat is browned, remove from the heat and reserve.
Stir-fry the diced meat with the extra oil from the fried onions until the diced meat comes out of the oil.
Add the mushrooms and eggs, then add a little soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar and pepper, add water to cover the diced meat, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Add the onion and reduce the sauce, sprinkle with green onions.
The delicious marinated pork rice is done! You can add more dried mushrooms, it’s delicious, and so is the fried egg.
