How to make stewed salmon heads (a dish made by Sebastian)
1,First take the salmon head out of the freezer and thaw it, rinse it with water after thawing and then scissors (you can cut the bones) (of the kind) Cut the fish head in half 2,Remove the gills, rinse with water and cut them into small pieces. 3,Put in the wine to remove the smell, marinate for about 15 minutes
4, Heat a pan with a little salad oil and turn the heat down, put the fish pieces in the pan after the kitchen paper is absorbed and fry on both sides, cut yellow and serve Out. 5,Pour the chopped onion and garlic, ginger together into the pan and stir-fry over medium heat (this time the pan does not need separate oil, just fried fish pieces left).
