Tofu Stew with Minced Meat
Old tofu cut into cubes
Heat a little oil in a pan and pop in the green onions
Add the ground meat and stir-fry until browned, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a spoonful of soybean paste and stir-fry evenly.
Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry gently
Add the water, hot or cold, almost level with the tofu, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add a little salt and reduce the sauce over high heat.
Be sure to taste the saltiness when the juice is almost ready, it will be salty if you put salt in too early.
