How to make fried chestnuts (super easy and lazy man rice cooker version)
As many chestnuts as you want, just don’t get too full in the rice cooker (I ordered 500g for takeaway, and you can still get help to slice the mouth).
Wash and slash chestnuts.
One layer of chestnuts, one layer of sugar, the last layer twice more sugar, then add two layers of oil (not too little oil for fear of sticking to the pan).
Add half or more of the water, no more than the chestnuts
Press the cook button.
Mix it up after the jump.
Even sugar can be brushed.
(Oil-rich, non-stick frying pan will be cleaned with a wipe of dishwashing liquid and a rinse of water)
