Peanuts, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, black sesame, and a little water.
How to make fried glutinous rice
Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours and set aside on a plate.
Chop the ingredients and reserve.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ingredients, set aside.
Add a little more oil to the pot, put the glutinous rice into it and stir-fry, fire a little slower, while stir-frying while pouring water on it, too dry to put some oil, mainly to wait for the rice to cook slowly under the heat (this step to have patience, the fire will scorch the rice, constantly flipping hands will be very tired).
Stir fry until the rice is almost cooked put on the ingredients before stir fry and then put oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, green onions, peanuts and then stir fry until cooked.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with peanuts, black sesame seeds and green onions.
