How to Stir Fry Mixed Vegetables
Chopped assorted vegetables for later use
Shredded wood fungus for later use
Shred the meat and wash the beans. In a wok, fry the meat in oil first, when the meat is browned add the beans, add a spoonful of light soy sauce. Add 2 teaspoons of water and boil the beans for a while to make sure they are cooked.
Stir fry all the other vegetables over high heat until cooked. Add salt to taste and remove from the pan.
Get out of the pan.
