How to Make Noodles with Scallion and Oil
A handful of green onions, an onion cut into segments, onions roughly shredded.
Heat the oil and boil the onions.
Reduce heat to a simmer, stirring constantly, until browned and clean.
Add the shallots and continue to simmer until the aroma is rich and the water has evaporated.
If you’re going to eat this leek, don’t burn it too much. We don’t recommend it, just use the oil.
Fry up some eggs, make a soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and a little vinegar.
I like to mix it with some fresh onions.
