How to Make Noodles with Scallion and Oil
Boil water in a pan until it comes to a rolling boil and add the noodles. When the noodles are cooked, remove them from the heat and place them in a dish with cold water. As above
Clean the onions and divide into two parts. As pictured above
Take the leafy part of the onion. Heat two and a half teaspoons of oil in a hot pan, when the oil temperature reaches 70%, add the green onions, fry on low heat until the green onions turn from green to brown.
Seasoning: In a small bowl, add 1.5 teaspoons light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and half a teaspoon dark soy sauce and mix with chopsticks.
Remove the browned green onions from the bowl. Add the seasoning from step 4 and cook over low heat, stirring with chopsticks, for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
Remove the noodles from the pan and dry well. Put the noodles into the pan and mix well before serving. Lastly, put the green onions on the noodles and enjoy the delicious noodles with green onion sauce.
