Soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and salt.
How to make chili fried pork
Cut the chili into hob pieces, slice the meat, chop the ginger and garlic.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and salt to the lean meat and mix well.
Heat a pan with chili, add salt and sauté the tiger skin. Remove from the pan and reserve.
Heat a thin layer of oil in a pan and stir-fry the fat until the edges are browned.
Saute ginger, garlic and black bean.
Stir-fry the lean pork over high heat until browned.
Stir-fry the chili for 30 seconds and then remove from the heat.
