How to make chili stir fry enhanced
Ingredients 1: sliced ginger and garlic, sliced scallions, and some morning glories
Ingredients 2: Onions as pictured, sliced mushrooms. It is recommended to choose the fat and tender mushrooms, here I choose the white mushroom.
Reserve 3: Slice the pork as shown in the picture, remove the stems from the bell peppers, pat them flat with a big knife, and give them a few pats, let them break into pieces naturally. Large chunks simply cut down.
Stir-fry 1: Heat a pan without oil and stir-fry the green chillies over medium heat until lightly charred. Stir-fry the peppers until they are more fragrant and tasty.
Stir-fry 2: Heat a little oil in a pan, add onion and mushroom, stir-fry over medium heat until the mushroom is lightly browned at the edges and the onion aroma is overpowering.
Stir-fry 1: Heat a little oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper, stir-fry the fat until the edges of the fat becomes slightly browned. Then add the lean meat and stir-fry briefly until browned. Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tbsp dark soy sauce to taste.
Stir-fry 2: Add the sautéed mushrooms, onions, chillies and spring onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes on high heat. Add a little water, some salt and chicken broth. Stir-fry for one minute on high heat. If you like the peppers softer, extend the stir-fry time.
The finished product: a stir-fried pork with chillies enhanced with the freshness of mushrooms, the fragrance of onions and the char of stir-fried chillies, served with shredded eel and radish. Food, I can eat double in this bowl of rice!
