How to Make Spicy Fried River Shrimp
Soak dried river shrimp in cold water for a while, ten minutes or so, then drain them
Line pepper, red pepper, cut into rings, leeks cut into small pieces

Add drained shrimp, a few drops of cooking wine (white wine is fine), ginger, and oil.
Add the bell pepper and red pepper and toss
Stir-fry for a while, add half a bowl of water, cover and let it sit for a while, that is, just let the water drain.
Add the leek pieces and toss to break
Add salt, Sriracha, and light soy sauce, toss to coat, sprinkle with chicken extract, and serve!
