Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Osmia (Penny Water)
Cut the beef into shreds, add the wine, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes with a little water.
Wash and shred the wild rice shoots (Penny Water).
Mince the garlic and chop the shallots.
Heat the oil in a pan, put in the bean paste and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add the marinated beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Pour in the shredded Penny’s Water and continue stir-frying. Put in a bowl of hot water, cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir-fry with the lid on until the juices are reduced, then remove from the pan.
