Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes-Home-style Stir-fry
Peel and wash the potatoes and shred them, soaking them in water and draining them in advance before you are ready to make them; mince the garlic; chop the shallots.
Put some oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, put the garlic burst aromatic, add the potatoes and stir-fry on high heat for about 3 minutes.
Add some salt and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Continue to stir-fry for about 1 minute, add the right amount of chicken, sprinkle onion.
Assemble the plate.
