Sauteed Shrimp with Broccoli and Moss
Peel the shells off the shrimp and open the backs of the shrimp, marinate with salt, starch, pepper, chicken powder and oil for half an hour to taste.
Blanch broccoli moss in hot water, add oil and salt, don’t take long, about 2-3 minutes
