How to stir-fry shrimp without shelling
Once the shrimp are clean, marinate with white wine, soy sauce (or soy sauce), and sugar. I refrigerate overnight.
Make a bowl of sauce, minced garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, ginger juice and pure water.
Heat oil, medium heat, add shrimp one by one, stir-fry until browned, remove from heat.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Stir fry the ginger, garlic, star anise and peppercorns in the oil over low heat. Discard the pepper.
Add onion and shrimp, stir-fry for a while. Pour the sauce into the bowl, add the tomato paste, cover and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped shallots! Salty garlic flavor!
