Homemade pickled asparagus cut into strips
Prepare the ingredients, red chillies, garlic, ginger and onion chopped as shown.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger, garlic and chili.
Stir-fry the lower ear of beef
Add salt and soy sauce, let half a bowl of water simmer, then add the asparagus when the water is almost reduced.
Put the sour asparagus and then add some water to taste.
Stir in some green onions and get the pot going!
