I didn’t add sugar to the strawberry yoghurt, just add the yoghurt with this strawberry sauce, otherwise it will be too sweet!

How to make strawberry sauce
Soak the strawberries in light salt water for five minutes, rinse and dry them, then cut them in half (I like desserts with pulp, so I usually cut them in half for large ones and not for small ones).
Remove the strawberries from the stems, sprinkle with sugar and mix well, refrigerate overnight.
Squeeze the lemon out of the lemon juice and set aside to use (forgot to take a picture of this step)
Pour the strawberries into a non-stick pan, bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, and simmer until thickened.
Mix it with yogurt and eat.
Experiment with the flavors during the simmering process, and add or subtract sweetness to your taste (add lemon juice if you like sour, sugar if you like dessert)
