How to make sugar cookies
For the pie crust, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and mix well.
Add water and knead to make a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough to 2-3 mm thick. My panel is small, so I split into two dough operations.
Once one dough is rolled out, place 10 g of flour and 10 g of corn oil on the surface of the dough.
Use a spatula to thoroughly mix the oil and flour into the oil powder and spread it evenly on the surface of the dough.
Sprinkle a little dry flour as evenly as possible on the oiled and floured pastry.
Start folding the pastry from one side.
Roll it into one long stick like this.
Divide into small doses of 30g each and place the edged portion underneath.
Roll out the pastry into a small dough.
Put in your favorite filling, about 15 grams.
Gather down and roll out into a round pie.
Heat a pan, add oil and arrange the rolled out puff pastry. Cook on low heat until the top is golden brown, then turn over.
When both sides are cooked, remove from the pan.
