Super Easy and Delicious Pine Tofu Fritters
Wrap the bean curd in saran wrap, press a heavy weight on top and control the water for 2-4 hours; chop the white onion.
Place the tofu in a large bowl and crush it with your hands, the more crumbly the better, add the chopped white onion, pine nuts, cornstarch, sea salt, garlic powder, white pepper, freshly ground black pepper, and kombucha powder and mix vigorously with a mixing stick (or with a handheld mixer) until smooth and the mixture holds together.
The mixture can be divided into roughly 6-8 portions, take 1 portion, knead it with your hands and press it into a ball shape, then press it into a pancake, covering the outside with a layer of breadcrumbs; make all the rest into tofu pancakes.
Pour grapeseed oil into a pan over medium-low heat, add tofu pancakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with your favorite sauce, such as butter dessert, tomato sauce.
