Steam the pumpkin through water and filter the excess water.
+ glutinous rice flour + cornstarch + sugar (control your own sweetness, I didn’t make it very sweet)
Add glutinous rice flour or cornstarch if the dough is sticky and not smooth.
Divide 1 ball into about 25g. Use a toothpick to press out the embossing pattern, a little deeper so as not to come out of the steamer without any shape.
I used carrot sticks to make the pumpkin tips.
The effect of steaming, will be a little soft feeling, wait to cool and then eat more bouncy oh! You can freeze it in the fridge, steam it or fry it if you want, it’s delicious.
