How to make simple Korean bibimbap
The vegetables are basically what I like to eat according to my taste. Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in warm water, the water smells good and can be used to cook rice.
I am not going to tell you how to cook the rice. Wash all the vegetables while the rice is cooking. Shred the carrots, slice the zucchini and mushrooms, root the bean sprouts and spinach, slice the spinach, and shred the meat. Sauté the vegetables and meat in a pan with a small spoonful of oil and some salt. To put rice in the bowl (so you don’t have to wash so many dishes!) . Scramble all the dishes in the same order.
Fry the eggs! Easiest! Heat the oil and beat the egg with salt, I like to slop the egg on one side only to make it more beautiful.
Finally! It’s the same as the sticky rice paste for kimchi: sugar, salt and paprika. The rice is tasteless, just taste it with empty mouth and it’s ok if it’s tastier than your usual food.
Last step: wash a white porcelain bowl cold (this will make the rice less likely to stick) and serve the rice in a bowl pressed tightly and upside down in a large bowl Inside (like this), surrounded by scrambled vegetables, egg in the middle, sprinkled with white sesame seeds (valueism), eat! When you put the hot sauce on, stir and stir and stir and stir ~ you’ll be the girl or boy who eats more vegetables and gets better skin! giggle
