How to make spicy fried chicken hearts with spicy sauce

Slice green chillies and prepare dry chillies, you can put more if you love spicy food.
Put a small amount of oil in a pan, low heat, put the dry chili stir-fry, put the green pepper, turn up the heat, stir-fry out the tiger skin and put the chicken hearts. Stir-fry the chicken hearts for about four minutes, the chicken hearts will be a little fat, so the more stir-fried the more fragrant. If you like them dry, you can stir-fry them for a longer time.
Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, stir-fry for 4 minutes.
