How to Make a Delicious Egg Tart
Weigh all first, mix eggs separately into egg mixture for later milk first, sugar, mix well, pour in egg mixture. Mix well, add condensed milk, mix well, and finally add light cream.
Sieve the tart mixture twice, pour into the tartar, 9 minutes full.
Preheat the oven to 190°C, bake for 25 minutes (the temperature will vary depending on your preference).
The top has a burnt look to it, great flavor.
