How to Make Mango Stew with Super Rice
Process about 2 kg of a mango fish and cut it into small pieces.
Put a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the ginger and black bean (be careful not to put too much oil in it, the mango fish will be oily after frying).
Put the cut mango pieces into the pan and fry on medium-low heat.
