How to make sushi
Steamed rice (ordinary rice will do) can be soaked in advance for a few minutes after steaming, press a little, cool a moment to add sushi vinegar, remember not to add too much, or sour.
While the rice is steaming, you can prepare the other ingredients, carrots in hot water, ham can be fried, I’m lazy so I did not fry it.
Put the sushi curtain underneath. Put the seaweed first.
Spread the rice over the seaweed and press your hands over the entire seaweed
Salad dressing and ketchup.
