Suti’s Baby Meal: Oatmeal Two Rice Porridge + Vegetable Sea Rice Stew with Tofu
Add 15 grams of rice and 8 grams of oatmeal to the stew.
Clean it and add 180 grams of water.
Reserve for porridge.
Soak 4g of sea rice in hot water to soften it.
Wash green vegetables and take young leaves, chop as much as possible.
Wash and peel tomatoes and chop them.
Tofu, cut into cubes and crush with a knife.
Prepare 10g of vegetables, 20g of tomatoes and 25g of tofu.
Then chop the seaweed.
Heat a pan, add 1g of oil, add the tomatoes, seaweed and tofu and stir-fry.
Add a little water and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes.
Uncover the lid, add the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
When the porridge is ready, you can also serve it.
