Baby Soddy’s Meal: Tomato and broccoli cooked butterfly noodles + scrambled egg with shallots
Wash and peel the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Wash the broccoli and cut off small pieces.
Prepare 20 grams of tomatoes, 10 grams of broccoli, and 20 grams of butterfly noodles.
Boil a pot of water, add the butterfly noodles and cook for 3 minutes first.
Add the tomatoes and broccoli and cook for 5 minutes.
Wash and chop the shallots.
Beat the eggs and add 30g of warm water.
Add the chopped shallots and mix well.
Heat a pan and brush it with 1g of oil.
Pour in the egg mixture, stirring constantly as the bottom starts to set.
Serve when everything is set and lightly browned.
