How to make sweet and sour crispy skin tofu
Tofu cut into cubes
Peel the garlic and chop the green onions
Tofu wrapped in cornstarch
Mix sugar, ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce; set aside
Pour oil into the frying pan, just enough to cover the tofu.
Fry the tofu one by one in a deep frying pan until done.
Fry tofu until golden brown on both sides, remove from the pan, add a small amount of oil to the frying pan and sauté with garlic cloves.
Pour the tofu and the sauce into the wok and stir-fry until the sauce tightens.
Sprinkle on the green onions and you’re done!
