How to make sweet and sour fried egg
Pour oil in a pan and crack in two eggs. You can make as many as you like depending on how you like them.
Fry until golden brown on both sides and lightly browned
Transfer to a plate
In a separate pan, add the eggs.
Add the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and a small bowl of water.
Cook over medium heat until the sauce is thick, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
