Sweet and sour lotus root! Sweet and sour! approach
Slice lotus root and dust with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Sauce: 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1.5 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce. Adjust proportions if necessary. Pour in the sauce and close over high heat.
Serve and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Finish!
