How to make sweet and sour baby chops
Put the ribs in a pan of cold water, bring the hot water to a boil and serve the ribs, strain out any foam from the rib broth and reserve the soup (or just pour the soup out and pour the hot water later).
Heat the oil pan, put the ribs, and fry the ribs until they are golden brown on both sides (which is actually about the color of a light brown).

Once the ribs are fried, just put the golden ratio on them-
Just add freshly reserved rib stock or heat water…
Turn the heat down to low and simmer the ribs for about 30 minutes (depending on the heat in your house).
If you like rotten ribs, you can simmer them for 30 minutes or more-.
Reduce the sauce on high heat (if you like to mix with rice, you can leave more sauce).
Serve – sprinkle with white sesame seeds, it’s more delicious!
