How to make sweet and sour pork ribs for newbies
Blanch ribs in a pan of cold water
Cook until the ribs turn white and the foam comes out, then pour out the water, rinse the ribs, drain and dry them
Prepare seasonings, wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, white vinegar.
Clean the pan, add a little oil and fry the ribs over medium heat.
Sauté until lightly browned, don’t cook too long
Pour in the wine, soy sauce and white vinegar.
And finally, icing sugar.
Add to anise
Add boiling water over the ribs, then turn on the heat and cover for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, turn on the heat to reduce the sauce. When the sauce is almost dry, keep turning to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
That’s about right. I like to leave a little sauce. It’s delicious.
Remove from the pan, serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions (just as the green onions ran out, so it’s not used, sprinkle on better).
