How to Make Sweet Potato and Sesame Cakes with Glutinous Rice
Sweet potatoes steamed and crushed + some glutinous rice flour + sugar (water according to dryness) kneaded into a large dough.
Divide it into small circles – knead it and flatten it gently.
Covered in sesame seeds
Deep fry on low heat – golden brown on both sides.
Be careful not to burn it.
Fresh out of the pan is bulging-
It’s soft even when it’s cold-
With the rest of the dough, make a few random little circles in the pan and fry-
Daughter wants to eat without sesame seeds – she doesn’t eat sesame seeds
The ringlets are ready!
