How to Make Lotus Root with Glutinous Rice
Soak the glutinous rice overnight in advance to dry it out a bit, which is good for steaming.
Peel the lotus root, cut both ends open and soak for 15 minutes (lotus root has sediment in it, soak it and wash it).
