How to make a home-style version of taro-roasted chicken
Prepare ingredients and condiments. Cut the chicken into pieces and the taro into pieces. (I was short on taro, so I added two potatoes, but you can also add other favorite side dishes.)
Put a little more oil, when the oil is hot, first put the chicken and fry to get rid of excess water. Then add in the sauce and stir fry the hot pot base, then add 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp of light soy sauce and a pinch of sugar.
Once evenly browned, add the hot water that has been boiled, not over the chicken pieces, you can have more water. Put a spoonful of salt (according to the amount of meat) on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Then add the chopped taro, do not toss, just sprinkle a little salt on the taro first. Cover the pot on medium heat for 5 minutes, then after flipping, cover the pot for 10 minutes and it’s almost ready. (If there is still a lot of soup, you can open the fire to collect the juice, be sure to turn, do not paste the pot Oh)
Thud! Thud! – Let’s eat!
If the last soup left a lot of students do not want to collect juice can be cooked fresh noodles added to the mix Oh, fried chicken delicious, perfect!
