Orléans Shark’s Fin Seasoning

Delicious Orleans Baked Wings Chicken Wings
First wash and cut the chicken wings. For the Orleans wing seasoning add the same amount of water according to the instructions, e.g. 40 grams of ingredients to 40 grams of water. Mix well, add the garlic and a little pepper, or leave it out. Then add 500g of chicken wings.
Add the chicken wings to the dressing and put on gloves to mix well.
Place the chicken wings in a Ziploc bag, flattened so that you can fully inhale the seasoning. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours. I leave them overnight.
Place foil on a baking sheet and brush with oil to ease the wings from sticking. Then arrange the chicken wings, the remaining seasoning can be brushed on the wings again. Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. I was lazy and didn’t turn the wings over halfway through the cooking process.
Here, out of the dish. You can sprinkle the white sesame seeds on top.
I used this Kuk’s 100 seasoning, not spicy, but sweet and suitable for children. If you like to eat spicy, you can choose another brand called: Gidley.
