Tender and juicy American-style grilled chicken breasts
Soak, dissolve the salt in warm water, then soak the whole chicken breast in warm salt water for 15 minutes minimum, up to six hours, any kind of breast will do.
It’s very important to brush the chicken breasts with a little bit of oil to give them a slightly crispy skin to coat the juices.
I use seasoning powder from the U.S. supermarket, salt and parsley, and I recommend that you add at least garlic salt and black pepper.
Preheat the oven to 230C (450F) and bake for 15 to 25 minutes. It is recommended that you buy a thermometer and insert it into the chicken to see if the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Don’t cut the chicken right away, but let it cool for 5 to 15 minutes before cutting so the juices don’t get lost.
