Teriyaki pork and eggplant stew
Prepare two eggplants and pork belly. Adjust the amount with the population.
Soak the eggplant in water to prevent oxidation. Fry the pork in a pan to release the oil. Here I use the fried lard to fry the eggplant, no more oil (I am trying to reduce the oil) if you need to add vegetable oil (*^_). ^*)
Make the sauce while the meat is frying, add 300ml of Life Source and mix well. Sauté the aubergines together until they are tender, add the sauce and let it simmer over high heat. I like my aubergine stewed. You can adjust the stewing time to your personal preference
