The easiest way to make braised fish
Rinse and dry the fish well.
Preheat a little oil for frying the fish. Be careful not to use too little oil, it’s for frying not deep frying.
Don’t heat the oil too high, add the fish and fry it on both sides. It is important to remember that the fish should be fried thoroughly and the meat should be fragrant.
Put the ingredients into the pan, stir-fry until you smell the fragrance.
Put in the fried fish.
Pour in the boiling water, to halfway up the fish.
Turn on high heat to cook the fish and you can cover the pot. Make sure it’s on high! Cook for 8-10 minutes, just until the soup turns white.
Out of the pot.
