The first time I used the next kitchen [chicken nuggets for stew]
Cut the chicken wing roots into small pieces, put onions and ginger, and blanch them in water!
When you’re done, wash it and put it on a plate for later!
Lotus root and carrots Dice them and put them on a plate for later!
Break the eggplant into pieces with your hands and place on a plate for later!
Put the dressing you’re going to use in a bowl and reserve! Better wash the spices!
Heat the oil in a pan and when it’s hot add the reserved spices! Until the spices themselves are fried!
Pour in the chicken pieces and keep flipping!
Add the sugar, sauté it, then add the soy and Sriracha and keep sautéing until it’s colored!
Add the lotus root and carrots Just cut and continue to stir-fry for a while!
Add the water and submerge the vegetables and chicken pieces! Until the water comes to a boil!
Add the eggplant after the water has boiled for 5-10 minutes! Cover and let simmer! Flip it a few times in the middle!
Until the sauce is almost collected it’s time to serve, plate up and eat! Hahaha
With tacos! Fragrant ……….
