Prepare the ingredients (corn kernels are a must)
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, steam for 20 minutes until soft and ready to be crushed.

Steam the potatoes and press them into a paste with a little water, add the chopped ingredients, add a spoonful of flour, beat an egg, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt and a bucket of five-spice powder.
