Slice the cucumber into thin slices, cut in half, and arrange in a platter pattern for later use.
Wash the red amaranth pinch part of the head and reserve it for later, wash the amaranth a few more times, lots of dirt.
Pat two cloves of garlic for later.
Put oil in a pan, pop the garlic and pour in the amaranth, add salt, sauté softly and add some water to make a red sauce. After the pan and put in the middle of the plate is finished.
