How to make a three-juice casserole
Butter the bottom of the pan and put a few extra pieces in for a nice flavor!
Base vegetables: onions, carrots, green peppers, potatoes, garlic
Base vegetables mixed with salt, chili oil and chili noodles spread in a pan, adjust spiciness as needed
Meat: shrimp, chicken wings, beef and lamb rolls, quail eggs, fish balls, crab sticks, chicken feet, pig’s feet, spare ribs, squid, tilapia – spread them on top of the bottom vegetables and let them sit on the induction hob for 15 minutes while we make the sauce!
Sauce: 2 tbsp oyster sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp black pepper sauce 1 tbsp corn starch 1 tbsp
After 15 minutes, spread the sauce you just made evenly over the meat and let it sit for another 10-15 minutes until the food is cooked through.
Prepare the green onions and parsley
Open the lid, add the green onions, cilantro, and cooked white sesame seeds.
