How to prepare three meals a day with Two Treasures
Day 1: Breakfast
Fruit & Nut Oatmeal + Apple Dessert Bread + Microwave Baked Pumpkin, an authentic 10 minute breakfast.
Don’t put kiwifruit in oatmeal, it’s bitter.
Day 1: Lunch
Beef stir-fried with carrot, apricot and mushroom, sweet potato congee and fruit.
Carrots. Portobello mushrooms. Onions. The beef was a good combination, and the little guy went straight to the CD.
Day 1: Dinner
Steamed fish + vegetables + marinated chicken feet + rice porridge.
A few other things didn’t line up for the photo, and the old brine was very practical.
Day 2: Breakfast
Grilled toast sticks + steamed egg custard + scrambled vegetables + green bean porridge
The grilled toast sticks are crunchy, toast for a change, and the little ones love them.
Day 2: Lunch
Taro and mushroom salami casserole + shrimp and melon soup
There is meat, vegetables and rice, super fast hand lazy man rice, vegetables do not even need to fry.
Day 2: Dinner
Carp meatball soup + diced ham with vegetables + fried chicken liver
The most successful tonight was the carp soup, which was very white and fresh, with some squid added to the meatballs for more nutrition.
Day 3: Breakfast
Marinated pork noodles
Homemade marinated pork with mushrooms and onions, tossed with rice and noodles.
Day 3: Lunch
Marinated pork with rice + oily apricot mushrooms
The first time I tried stir-frying apricot mushrooms like this, it was easy and delicious.
Day 3: Dinner
Sweet and sour diced lotus root + duck with potatoes and beer + fried small fish
Sweet and sour diced lotus root has become another favorite dish of the little bean.
Day 4: Breakfast
Sliced bread + diced ham with colored vegetables + boiled corn + homemade passion fruit applesauce + nut yogurt + fruit
You should still put less nuts in your little one’s yogurt, too much is not good to chew.

Shrimp with vegetables + rice

Taro bbq + colored vegetable sausage casserole + corn
