Tin foil black pepper chicken – it’s so much less work. approach
Wash the large chicken thighs, remove the bones and cut into small pieces.
Add the marinade seasoning (see ingredient list above), mix well, and let marinate for half an hour.
Shredded onion, mushrooms washed and root removed, millet chili cut into rings, scallions chopped and reserved.
Line a skillet with foil and add the mushrooms and onions, then add the marinated chicken.
Cover and let sit over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then uncover.
Cook for a while, then turn off the heat and sprinkle with green onions.
Put it on the plate with the tin foil and eat!
