How to Make Toast and Apple Pie
Choose a larger apple, wash, peel, core and cut into small dice.
Melt 15g of butter in a non-stick pan over low heat
Pour in the diced apples and sauté evenly
Add 20 grams of sugar, or 5 grams more if your apples are more sour
When the apples are soft (I sautéed them over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes), add a little water starch to thicken them up and turn off the heat.
Cut off all four sides of the toast slice, flatten it with a rolling pin, spread the egg mixture on one half, put the apple filling in the middle, fold the slice over the toast. Press the edges with a fork around the perimeter. Use a knife to make three small cuts on one side.
Add a little corn oil to the skillet and fry the toast pie over medium-low heat.
Just until both sides are golden.
