How to make toast in a bread machine
Please forgive me if I didn’t take a process picture due to time constraints. Put all the above ingredients except butter in the bread machine, first put milk and eggs, then salt and sugar on the opposite side. Finally, put the flour in to cover the surface of the water, use your hand to make a hole in the top of the flour, put the yeast in and cover it with the flour. Start the bread machine kneading function, knead for twenty minutes, then remove the dough and knead by hand for ten minutes, then put it in the bread machine and knead for forty minutes to release the film. A less fine film doesn’t get in the way. Then unplug the power to ferment the dough, to cover the bread machine lid, preferably to be able to cover the top of the bin with plastic wrap. When the dough has grown to 2 or 2.5 times its size, remove it from the oven to ventilate, fold, and roll out, fold and roll out again. Twice, roll up, top down, put in toaster for second fermentation, connect power to start yogurt function and ferment until nine full. About 50 minutes, then turn off the yogurt fermentation and start the baking function for 30 minutes!
