How to Make Tofu with Minced Pork in Casserole
Rub salt on inner fat tofu at least half an hour in advance and cut into small pieces before going into the pan.
Wash and drain the seafood mushrooms, they tend to be watery in the pan, drain them well in advance.
Mince the lean meat, add a little (about 5 grams) of chicken stock and marinate for about twenty minutes.
In a small bowl, prepare one tablespoon of oyster sauce and one tablespoon of light soy sauce.
Heat the oil in a small casserole dish and fry the garlic cloves until lightly browned.
Pour in the seafood mushrooms and fry until they are slightly dry.
Stir the excess water from the seafood mushrooms with the oyster sauce and soy sauce.
Heat oil in a separate wok, do not stir fry the mushrooms immediately after they are cooked.
Pour the sauce into the wok, add a little more boiling water and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
In between the roasting meat foam, cut the tofu into small pieces into the casserole.
